By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all
applicable laws and regulations.

Our services include but are not limited to:
- Web Design & Development
- Android App Development
- UI/UX Design
- Email Template Design
- Project Editing & Maintenance
3. Project Terms
3.1 Project Timeline
Project timelines will be agreed upon before project commencement. Any delays due to client
feedback or additional requirements may extend the timeline.
3.2 Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment before project start
- Remaining 50% upon project completion
- Additional charges for extra features or revisions
3.3 Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
4. Intellectual Property
- Client retains ownership of their content and materials
- We retain ownership of our code and design elements
- Full ownership transfer available with additional fee
5. Project Cancellation
In case of project cancellation:
- Before project start: 70% refund of advance payment
- During development: No refund of advance payment
- Near completion: Full payment required
6. Maintenance & Support
- 30 days free support after project completion
- Bug fixes included in initial development
- Additional maintenance plans available
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Non-disclosure
agreements available upon request.
